What is the minimum order for corporate gifts?
10 units for volume pricing. Smaller orders are welcome at regular retail pricing.
How long does production take?
Orders of 10–49 units: typically 10–20 business days. Orders of 50+ units: made to order, 2+ month lead time — custom-manufactured for your project.
What can be engraved?
Company logo, text, employee names, dates, custom messages. Laser engraving on titanium is permanent — doesn't scratch, fade, or wear off.
Where do you ship from?
Our legal entity (LaVend sp. z o.o.) is in Poland, EU. Manufacturing and shipping from Ukraine. US delivery: 10–20 business days. EU: 10–15 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Shopify checkout), wire transfer, PayPal Business. New clients: prepayment or 50/50. Repeat clients: NET 15–30.
Are MRF tools TSA-friendly?
Yes. Models without the blade module are TSA-compliant and can be carried on flights — perfect for business travelers.
Can I order a sample first?
