REFUND POLICY (60-DAY GUARANTEE)

We want you to be 100% happy with your order.

If you discover a manufacturing defect or a product issue with any item purchased on mrf.tools within 60 days of delivery, you may request either:
• a replacement, or
• a full refund.

How to request a return/refund
1) Contact us first at info@mrf.tools  and include your order number and a short description of the issue.
2) We will provide return instructions and confirm the return address.
3) Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

Return conditions
• Items must be returned in the condition reasonably consistent with normal inspection and use.
• If the item shows clear signs of misuse or intentional damage, we may decline a refund or offer a partial refund.

Personalized products
Due to their unique nature, personalized products are not eligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee, unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Please review personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Shipping costs
• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item) or a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid solution where available.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund timing
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing time may vary by payment provider.

Orders purchased elsewhere
MRF.Tools products purchased through other websites or stores are subject to the return policies of those stores. Please contact the store where you purchased your product.
