Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday-Saturday) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the tracking number.

Shipping Cost Free worldwide shipping on orders over $150. For orders below $150 the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout.

Shipping Origin Please note: our legal headquarters (LaVend sp. z o.o.) is located in Poland. All orders are shipped internationally from our workshop via standard International Air Mail with tracking.

Estimated Transit Times

• United States: 7-15 business days

• Europe: 10-20 business days

• Canada & UK: 12-22 business days

• Rest of the World: 14-25 business days
