Order Processing All orders are processed within 3 business day (Monday-Saturday) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the tracking number.
Shipping Origin Please note: While our legal headquarters (LaVend sp. z o.o.) is located in Poland, our manufacturing facility and main warehouse are located in Ukraine. All orders are shipped directly from Ukraine via standard International Air Mail with tracking.
